PSW Overview
The Tier 1 – Post Study Work route was intended to allow recent international or Non EU graduates from most established universities / listed bodies to stay and work in UK for maximum for two years. PSW visa allows them to work without any restrictions but it cannot be extended beyond two years. A post-study worker is expected to switch into any of the below points-based system:

Jobe
Dear Jobe,
You are right, the exact date is not mentioned
According to UKCISA
"It seems likely that Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) will close on 5 April 2012, but you should aim to apply before 1 April 2012 as the UK Government has not yet made a formal announcement. This means you must have the funds in your account now in order to meet the three-month requirement."
Just to recall, it is mentioned as April in UKBA Guidance but exact date is not formally mentioned
Hope this helps

Now let me know what happen with my application , am I loosing points or it will not effect my application
Hassan IBn Ali,
Completing a MSc. qualifies your requirements for PSW as long as you have original degree certificate or Completion letter from University and three months maintenance, your colleges implications should not affect your application"
