Dear Rushdy,
I am not satisfied with my current college(Access College) can I simply switch over to a new College?
ABE Student
Dear Student,
Pls. refrain from mentioning any particular college name if possible
No, simply you can not switch over,
In some instances it is bit easier where as in other instances they must make a new application for permission to stay under Tier 4.
As your query does not mention when your current permission to stay was granted (whether after/before 5 October 2009) it is difficult for me to specifically answer your question
The below link details you all different cases

Good Luck
Rushdy
